Who am I?

I’m a 25-year-old engineer by day, and by night, I transform into a slight above average home chef, experimenting with recipes that blend science with the art of cooking. Why I Started Cooking

My journey into the kitchen started in high school out of sheer need. Fed up with endless Costco dinners and that same old rotisserie chicken, I decided to mix things up. What began as a way to dodge bland meals became a serious passion through college and beyond.
