Hey everyone, welcome to Fridays We Feast! I’m thrilled to finally shift from a tattered old composition book to a slick new digital format where these cherished recipes and memories are safe from kitchen mishaps.

So, why a blog? It all started with that notebook, stuffed with recipes and notes from epic cooking sessions, which has sadly seen better days. Taking everything online means I can pull up a recipe anytime, anywhere, without flipping through coffee stained pages.

Every Friday, my kitchen becomes a mix of a mini-lab and a party. It’s where culinary experiments meet laughter, and where friends gather to taste whatever new concoction I’ve whipped up. It’s all about good food, great company, and loads of fun.

And let’s not forget about the official taste tester of the house—Moose, my mini Bordoodle. His discerning palate will be making regular appearances, so you’ll see plenty of him as he gives the final verdict on what’s hot and what’s not.
